First women to ascend Mount Everest: Jonko Tabei
                                            
On May 16 in 1975 Junko Tabei had achieved the feet of climbing Mount Everest as first women.
                                            Junko Tabei was a Japanese mountaineer and author. Junko Tabei was the first women to reach the summit of Mount Everest  and first women to reach the all seven summits by climbing the highest peak on every continent. She achieved the feat of climbing Mount Everest on May 16 in 1975. By 1992, Tabei had achieved the feat of climbing all the highest mountains of seven continents so called as Seven Summits.

                                          Tabei climbed Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in 1980, Mt. Aconagua in Argentina 1987, Denali in Alaska in 1988.She also ascented Mt. Elbrus in Russia in 1989, Vinson Massif in Antarctica and she completed the seven summit by climbing Jaya Paek in Indonesia in 1992.In addition she tried to climb the highest peak in every country and she conquered about 70 peaks in this matter.
                                          In her writing career, she had wrote seven books,organized an environmental project of cleaning the rubbish left behind by climbers on Everest.In 2019,a mountain range of Pluto was named as Tabei mountain in her honour.
